Screen Printing
We are seeking a diligent and committed individual to work as a Screen Printer for our company.
One of your main duties as a screen printer is to print many kinds of materials, such paper, mugs, clothing, etc. Additionally, you will be in charge of blending the inks to provide the necessary color for printing.
You should be coming up with creative and inventive designs in accordance with your clients’ specifications. In addition, exceptional hand-eye coordination is essential for success in this role. When necessary, you should also be resolving technological issues. The final product should be folded and packaged in accordance with the client’s instructions.
To be successful in this position, you should be willing to work for long periods of time and on weekends if needed. You should be able to lift heavy objects and have excellent artistic abilities and a keen eye for details for accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Estimating the time and cost required to finish the final products.
- Preparing inks and printing materials ready for printing.
- Adjusting the screen plates
- Loading the printed items and looking for faults, if any.
- Maintaining the machine and supervising its parts on a timely basis
- Packaging the final items as per the specifications.
- Solving technical problems during the printing process.
- Collaborating with the team members to finish the order in time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work experience as a Screen Printer or a similar role in the for no less than 2 years
- Strong physical stamina with an ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team as and when required.
- Willingness to work for a long period of time.
- Ability to pack the final product in a professional manner.
- Eagerness to work on weekends and holidays when required.
- Ability to work in chemical-smelling environments.
- Amazing hand-eye coordination.
